Service 02 · PPC Management & Optimization

Ad spend in. Profit out.

PPC management for private label brands whose ads sell plenty and keep too little. Single-keyword discipline, AI bid optimization, and reporting that answers to TACOS, not vanity metrics.

Month-to-month. You keep every campaign we build, even if you leave.

The proof · PPC turnaround

Kitchen brand profit rescue

$500K/mo sales, $0 profit → $140K/mo kept

Half a million a month in sales and nothing to show for it, until PPC was rebuilt around ranking and profit instead of ACOS.

Who this is for

PPC is the service most brands ask for first, because leaking ads hurt every single month, quietly.

Fit 01

Sales, but thin profit

You are doing $20K or more a month, ads are eating the margin, and the ACOS report looks fine while the bank balance disagrees.

Fit 02

DTC brands new to Amazon ads

Your own store converts, but Amazon ads are a different game: TACOS, halo sales and placement math you have never had to think about.

Not a fit

Dropshipping and first-product hunts

If there is no validated product and no brand to protect, ads cannot save the math. We will tell you that on the audit call, for free.

What you get

01

Campaign rebuild

Your account restructured into single-keyword campaigns with clean match-type separation, so every dollar has one job and one report line.

02

AI bid optimization

Bids tuned by placement, hour of day and keyword performance, adjusted continuously instead of in a monthly batch.

Placement levelHour level
03

Search-term harvesting

NLP clustering groups thousands of search terms: winners get promoted to exact match, waste gets cut as negatives, every week.

04

Dayparting strategy

Budget concentrated in the hours and placements where your buyers actually convert, not spread evenly across the day.

05

TACOS modeling

Targets set on total revenue, not ad revenue alone. For DTC brands, halo sales back to your own store are counted, not ignored.

A report that reads like a story: what changed, why it changed, and the next move. Plus ACOS spike alerts the moment something breaks.

How it runs

1

Audit, week one

We pull the last 90 days apart: wasted spend, structural leaks, and quick wins ranked by profit impact.

2

Rebuild

Campaigns restructured single-keyword, negatives cleaned, budgets moved to what already converts.

3

Optimize weekly

AI watches bids and search terms daily; the operator reviews, decides and adjusts strategy every week.

4

Scale on profit

Winners get budget in steps, TACOS held in range, so growth never eats the margin it creates.

The deep dive · PPC

PPC is a profit job, not a traffic job

Most Amazon PPC accounts do not have a traffic problem. They have a profit leak problem. Sales come in, the ACOS report looks respectable, and the bank balance still disagrees at the end of the month. That gap is where this service lives: finding the spend that buys clicks without buying customers, and moving it behind the keywords, placements and hours that actually return margin.

The leak usually hides in three places. Broad and auto campaigns that were never harvested, so winners and waste share one budget. Dozens of keywords stuffed into a single campaign, so one hungry term eats the money meant for twenty others. And bids set once a month against an ACOS target, while the placements that convert, top of search on a Tuesday morning, say, get the same bid as the ones that never do.

What changes, month by month

Month one is the rebuild: the 90 day audit, single-keyword structure, negatives cleaned out, budgets moved behind what already converts. Month two is tuning: dayparting and placement bids sharpened, search-term harvesting running weekly, TACOS settling into its target range. Month three onwards is controlled scale: winners get budget in steps, new terms graduate from testing into exact match, and every move is reported against profit, not clicks.

That is also why the reporting reads the way it does. A spreadsheet of metrics tells you what happened. The weekly operator report tells you what changed, why it changed, and what happens next, because the only number that pays your factory bill is profit kept.

Your audit shows your account's version of this picture, from your own last 90 days.

Three leaks we find in almost every account

Different brands, different categories, same three holes in the bucket. If any of these sound familiar, the audit will find them in yours too.

Leak 01

Judging ads on ACOS alone

ACOS only looks at ad revenue, so it rewards ads that cannibalize organic sales and punishes the ones bringing new buyers in. TACOS, measured against total revenue, is the number that tracks your actual profit.

Leak 02

One campaign, forty keywords

Shared budgets mean the loudest keyword eats first and the profitable long tail starves. Single-keyword campaigns give every term its own budget, bid and report line, so waste has nowhere to hide.

Leak 03

Bids set monthly, then forgotten

Conversion moves by placement and by hour, but a monthly bid treats Tuesday morning and Sunday night the same. Continuous AI bid tuning with weekly operator review keeps spend behind the windows that convert.

PPC questions, answered straight

Usually inside the first 30 days. The audit alone normally finds enough leaking spend to cover the conversation, and the rebuild puts the obvious wins in place in week one.

No. PPC stands on its own. Many brands start here, see the profit move, and add management later. If your listings are the real bottleneck, we will say so instead of selling you ads.

Sponsored Products as the engine, Sponsored Brands for defense and discovery, and Sponsored Display for retargeting and competitor conquesting, sequenced by what your margin can support.

A narrative report: spend, TACOS, what changed and why, plus live access to the same dashboards we work from. If a number moves, you hear it from us first.

Ninety days of your ad data pulled apart: wasted spend quantified, structural leaks named, and the first three moves ranked by profit impact. You keep the audit either way, and most brands find enough leaking spend in it to cover the conversation.

Mid-flight is the normal case. Your existing winners keep running while the rebuild happens alongside them, so there is no dead week and no learning period thrown away. Anything already working is kept and built on, not reset for the sake of tidiness.

Tools and automated rules optimize the metric you point them at, whether or not that metric is your profit. Here the AI handles the scanning and bid mechanics, and an operator sets the strategy: which products deserve a push, when to defend a keyword, when to harvest. The tool never decides what your brand is worth.

As a rule of thumb, brands spending around $3K a month or more on ads see the rebuild pay for itself fastest, because there is enough data and enough waste to work with. Below that, the audit call will tell you honestly whether management or a one-off rebuild is the smarter buy.
